  • 3D printing works by converting a 3D digital design into thin cross sections using 3D printer software.
  • The printer then deposits material layer by layer, stacking them one on top of the other to create a 3-dimensional object. This process is known as “Additive Layer Manufacturing.”
  • You can make payments using a debit card, credit card, or UPI.
  • For customized products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • If you’ve canceled an order, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
  • Incase of  return or replacement is necessary, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Previews and demos are available exclusively to our paid customers. Providing a preview without payment would be unfair to those who have already paid for this service.
  • To receive a design demo and preview, please place your order first. Once your order is placed, inform our team via WhatsApp or by clicking here, and we will arrange the preview as soon as it is ready.
  • If your payment was successful, you should have received an email from RazorPay, our payment gateway partner.
  • If you did not receive an order confirmation, please forward that email or a screenshot of the payment to payment@metaprintcreations.com.
  • We will look into the issue and confirm your order within 24 hours.
  • All our products are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable plastic.
  • Since all our items are 3D printed, they may have a rough finish when viewed up close.
  • However, they are intended to be displayed as showpieces, meant to be appreciated from a distance, as shown in our photos.
  • If you look closely at our images and videos, you’ll notice the same rough finish, which is characteristic of 3D-printed items.

  • No, we do not collect taxes until GST verification is completed.
